Season 1 Episode 1

Yaya J told me awhile ago that she’s leaving in June this year because she needs to take care of her sick lola (grandma) in the province. What a dilemma. I was actually on a job hunt since last year since I know Vera’s in good hands. But this news devastates me, for now. What’s even worse is, according to yaya J, yaya G will also be leaving by end of May this year. Arghhhh!!! Yaya G’s been working for us for about 14 years now. I don’t know her reason yet since I haven’t really had the chance to talk to them and they haven’t told my mom about this yet. (Attn relatives: shhh! I have to talk to them first, don’t tell mommy). I really think yaya J was offended by how my mom reacted the other day. It was a misunderstanding and I was hoping to talk to them when mom’s not here. I want to arrange their duties here in the house. Hay! Hamey knows about this already. Of course, if this is really going to happen, then I have no choice but to stay home with Vera.

Don’t get me wrong, I love being with Vera. But I really like to work again. I want to help hamey with the finances and save something for Vera as well. Not that hamey can’t but an extra help will be great for anybody, right? Plus, I’ve been out of work for more than a year now and I’m not getting any younger. Odds of getting hired here in the Philippines as an IT professional are giving me slimmer chances. Buhuhuhu.

Well, I guess this is really my calling. *sigh*
