Vera loves posing for the camera. Every morning, we take our pictures using my mobile phone. Then at night, we watch the slideshow of our pictures in my phone (to the tune of the Alphabet song: A you’re adorable, B you’re so beautiful…) while she drinks her milk. Now I have some which I compiled using Picasa and made it as my laptop wallpaper. I so love posing for the camera with Vera. It’s now becoming a habit for the two of us, *grins*

I have never used my privilege in loaning money at Social Security System (SSS). I have been contributing since 1999 and the only privilege I have used is the Maternity benefit which actually was a big help for us when I gave birth to Vera in 2006.

Some say that I have to loan from SSS because some other might use it. Yes, it really happens here. Hamey already used his when he was still single and interest is payable in two years. Not bad, right?

Anyway, the total amount you can loan from them depends on how long and how much is the average amount you are contributing to the system. I am eligible to avail the maximum loanable amount the system can give.

Other ways to get money is thru the bank. I received a letter from my credit card company before Christmas, explaining the privileges I get for having their credit card. One of these is that I can make cash advance from my credit card with low interest rates, which is actually shown in the letter and explained on how to compute for the interest according to the amount loan and how many months. How big a line of credit can I receive? I actually can maximize my credit card’s limit or apply for additional if it is not enough. This is better than SSS’ if you need more money. At least we have different lines of credit to choose from.

I made a poll about the meanest thing you can describe a girl/lady/woman. Just thought of the idea on my way home when I heard the DJ over the radio that when she was still in an engineering class, her classmates used to describe/compare some of the girls in engineering to a T-square (the ruler). Then I remember when I was new in my previous company, the men were talking about this girl (my batch mate) and they describe her as hipon (shrimp). For those of you who don’t know the meaning of it, if you were described as hipon by guys, then your head is useless. Katawan lang ang ok (in short, you’re not pretty and you’re brainless). Regarding about the “he’s gay” answer, well, gay in terms of the Filipino lantad gays. No offense to all the gays out there. But we all know that there are gays who really look trashy.

So there, which do you think is the meanest? If you choose others, please leave your answer to the comments section. Thanks!

I was talking to A last week about pregnancy and stuff. She told me she cries for no reason at all. That she craves food, eat it and share a little bit of it to her hubby. Today, B sent a wrong IM to me which is supposedly for C who also accidentally knew about her pregnancy. She also cries for no reason at all. Get sleepy, and eats too much unlike before. The best part is that she told C me that she really feels her body changes. She feels getting bigger. By the way, C is also pregnant and she has morning sickness, even now that she’s on her third trimester.

Anyway, this is what’s weird. When I got pregnant with Vera, everything was well. I never had morning sickness. I never knew I was pregnant until I tested positive. I’m always hungry and sleepy even before I got pregnant. There really was no sign at all. I even have an entry about a supposedly bad day for any pregnant woman but I just laughed it off. A reader even commented that I’m different. *grins* Ok. Ok… this is what’s weird. I’m kind of envy with A, B and C. Now I feel outcast. HAHAHAHA!!! Even my BIL (brother-in-law) was telling me that he can’t understand his wife’s mood, it easily changes. I never had one of that either! Lucky hamey! Now I wish I was like them, hamey never treated me like a baby when I was pregnant! HMP! Labo!
