I have been using job search engines for about 6 to 7 years and it is a good source if you are on the lookout for a new job, a position or a newly graduate. This for me is a great help, specially in our country, since it is more cost effective from the job seekers point of view. Before the internet, what people usually do was either snail mail there resumes or goes from one office to another just to pass their curriculum vitae. With the new method, less use of paper, less cost (gas or commute), less time consumed and more opportunities searched for in a day makes it more effective than the old fashion way.
