Hamey has been encouraging me to buy a new laptop for myself since the day he learned about my extra earnings. I have been thinking since then but I am still doing fine with my current one. But since my mom is in the US right now, I am giving myself one last chance to give in. The next big sale I guess will happen next month, the Labor Day sale. But really, I was just thinking of getting some extra memory cards for my unit but decided not to. I eventually gave in to hamey. Nope, haven’t bought my new laptop but I am already disposing this old one. I am including this to all the other stuff I am selling. Funny that it seems I am already moving somewhere, the stuff that will complete the list is our car and the house, which will not really happen

I remember before when caller ID are not yet commercially available here in our country, one of the incidents I hated was when there were prank callers who does not have regard to people’s time and privacy, not to mention harassing a teen ager. Ever since that incident, I would not entertain a caller not unless they give their names. Why bother talking to them if they won’t give the decency to say their name.

I never learned who my prank caller was, I do have a hunch who he was but I am uncertain. Good thing he eventually stopped. But during those times, how I really wish there was already a caller id or the likes of reverse phone book where in you could trace where the call was from and who the caller was. Now, whenever there was a call made here and no one answers from the other line, I call back and ask. At least they know that we know they called. No more excuses.
