Vera truly amazes me, for a 1 year and 10 months old, ang dami na nyang alam na kalokohan.

The other day, when dada was sleeping and Vera and I were near dada’s feet, I asked Vera to kiss dada in the cheeks. And her respond to me: D abot e. *windang ang lola*

Last night, the daddy was outside the garage, the little kulit was inside and wants to go up already.

Vera: Daddy! Daddy! (shouting) Uwi na! *Laugh trip!*

I am amazed that she can make short sentences already, ala Yoda nga lang

Vera: Big Airplane, mama sakay.

Other funny stuff she does/say:

Mommy: (at Italiannis) what do you want, rice or spaghetti?
Vera: Pancit na lang.

Mommy: (for mirienda) you want bread?
Vera: No. Pancit na lang.

Two days ago, after taking her afternoon “nap”, she shouted downstairs: Mommy, buy bread (for mirienda). When I went down, I asked her if she wants bread and she said Ice Cream na lang. So I asked Yaya G to buy her either twin popsies or the melon popsicle. (remember those?) Yaya G had the melon popsies so I taught Vera how to eat it properly. After few licks, ayaw na nya. Her reason: may laway! *ano ba yun!*

About good manners, she knows how to say excuse me (para makidaan), thank you and welcome (minsan nakakahiya pa kasi parang she’s the one who reminds us to say thank you :D) and recently, bless you. Still trying to teach her to say excuse me when she sneezes or burps but the good thing is, she covers her mouth when she burps, cough or sneeze.

I can go on and on and on but lets stop it here, gising na ang prinsesa at gutom na ang lola. Have a nice day people
