OMG! I was actually contemplating of getting a Lomo camera for Christmas but I am having second thoughts since I think it’s way too expensive of a hobby. Then this: Jelly lenses!

Jelly lenses are small lenses that can be attached to your digital camera or mobile phone to make different photo effects almost like a lomo camera! Just stick the different Jelly Lens over your digital or phone camera’s ordinary lens for effects. It comes with an adhesive pad that makes it very easy to apply to any camera.

some of the effects it does:
> soft focus lens that provides a romantic border to portraits
> close up magnifying lens that focuses on little details
> fisheye lens that creates a panoramic shot or fisheye effect
> heart frame that puts a heart shaped frame around your photo
> blue filter lens that filters the photo through a blue tint
> 3/6 image mirage that enables you to have 3/6 same image in one photo

check here for sample pictures

Thanks to Mommy Weng, I got inspired to make our own s’mores today. And as promised, I took some pix :)

Ingredients:

Graham Cracker
Mallows
Chocolate

Steps:
1. Place graham cracker on a microwave-safe plate.

2. Place Chocolate on top of cracker.

3. Place Mallow on top of the chocolate.

4. Microwave for 10 seconds. Repeat until mallows puffs.

5. Top it of with another cracker.

Enjoy! :)

The little princess only ate the uncooked mallows. :D

I told myself before that I will start blogging about food, places and other “milestones” in my life with picture but I always tend to forget specially if it is about food. Maybe the reason behind this is simple, I love food and I want to eat it at once plus I am not a born food critic like Gustav ;).

I had pictures of food from Omakase and from Sango but have neither blog about it. Then yesterday morning, I tried cooking a new recipe for hubby’s lunch baon, it never got the chance for photo ops :D Also yesterday afternoon, we made our home made pizza. And yes, no pictures of it again. We’ll have another try later and hopefully I remember to capture some remaining pieces of it.

No, I am not Dory. But I think we’re related :D

Ang aking unica ija.

My only child/daughter.

Vera has a fever since last night and I am kind of worried that she might have caught my brother-in-law’s chickenpox virus. Hopefully not. 17 days more to go before her 2nd birthday and I don’t want her celebrating it with a virus. Hopefully my hunch is right that she has a fever because of her two front teeth that’s about to come out. Remember those teeth I was looking for here? Well, both are coming out at the same time! Geesh! Wawa naman ang aking prinsesa. :(

Update on that illustration:

The pink ones are the ones Vera have right now while the blue ones are the ones coming out. Unahan na lang sila! :D
