Where do I start? I was so busy since last week preparing for the little princess’ birthday party yesterday plus the fact that my mom just arrived from the US, napaka hectic ng schedule ko last week!
Our real concern since last week was the food. Will it be enough for all the guests we have. It was! Good thing we ordered more food, a last minute decision we had. My mom also ordered Lechon yesterday morning, alam nyo naman ang mga oldies…
Honestly, I think Vera did not enjoy her party. Mukang nalunod sa dami ng tao even if most of our visitors are her tropas. When people came in and almost filled our garage, that’s when Vera said ayaw na nyang mag-birthday! *LOL* And at the middle part of the party, nagyaya na, akyat na daw kami (to sleep) 
She started enjoying her party when all of her guests went home and only her fave cousins were left. She sung (with mic on) Bahay Kubo, ABC, Twinkle Twinkle little star, Bah-Bah black sheep and Barney’s I love you theme song. Syempre palakpak naman kami, tuwang tuwa naman ang prinsesa Now I know, next time, simpleng handaan na lang talaga!

Cake - Red Ribbon, 1 day lead time.
Cake decoration - Pooh, Tigger, Piglet and Eeyore figurine: Toy Kingdom; Candle: c/o Grandma (from US)
Well, I wanted a simple party so I just ordered a cake from Red Ribbon. I was suppose to be getting this Pooh candle from the States but it was out of stock from where my sister is. I was suppose to buy it only together with a Pooh scene setter and a pooh table cloth. Ayan, nanghinayang pa kasi ako sa $7 shipping rate, pumalpak tuloy ang plan *toink!*

I always order party stuff from them. I have been a customer since 2006. I got them for balloon decors for the Christening and Vera’s first birthday. They deliver on time. Was suppose to get a cotton candy cart from them, a last minute decision but they can no longer accomodate my request. I try to order sunday afternoon
Tarpaulin - my previous client (PHP25/sq.m)
I gave him the layout on Friday evening and got it Monday afternoon. My fault. I always forgot to bring the cd to his place to think we are from the same village. 1 day lead time for my 4×4 banner.

Super rush! I made this in 20 minutes! Kalowka! A last minute decision to have a customized design for the pinata and banner!
Tables and Chairs, Balloons - village party store
They actually have a PHP2500 Party package which includes: 1 long table, 4 adult sets of tables and chairs, 4 kiddie set of tables and chairs, 20 balloons, 1 big balloon, a simple banner, 20 hats, 20 name tags and clowns. The catch was, the banner is made of cartolina and the clowns are… no comment So I just got the tables and chairs and the balloons from them which we usually do. Nothing against the clowns but most parties we attended here got them, so medyo gasgas na ang jokes.
Food :
I didn’t see the Lechon as a whole but the chopped ones were fatty. Ang sebo tuloy tingnan. Other than that, it all turned out good.
Loots and Prizes - Toy Kingdom and Toys R Us
I know I can get cheaper loot items and prizes from Divi or Market Market. This was a case of tamaditis All loots and prizes were pooh items, except for the candies, chocolates of course

6 out of ten. The kids enjoyed the games but the adults didn’t. Well, not all of it. And she’s way better than the village party store clowns (from that PHP2500 party package).
