Hamey and I started playing badminton again this week. We plan to make it a 3x a week habit to help both of us lose weight. I think it was almost 6 years ago when I last played badminton with my office mates. And I think this is actually the first time we are actually playing together. At least we get to have some sort of weekly dose of exercise and we don’t need those green tea fat burner to help us lose weight.
I am definitely looking forward every badminton game schedule we have. I really need to lose some fats! This has been with me for two years now!
