After a week of waiting, we got the new toy today. woot! woot! After talking to different loan officer of different banks for our toy loan and waiting for available unit, we finally took it home this afternoon Come to think of it, it took us a total of 9 days for the whole process. We decided to sell the old toy 9 days ago, sold it by the following day then got approved with the mortgage on the same week. Made a reservation by Saturday and got a good news by Tuesday of this week. So what’s next? Well, none at the moment. My shopping money goes to the new toy, hehehe.

Maybe after paying for it we could look for mortgage life insurance quotes again.
