MY untamed world

Was at Healthway the other day to accompany yaya J. Since I was already there, I checked my weight with the nurse’s help. Lo and behold I am now 9lbs lighter! I almost hugged the scale at Healthway when I saw the result.

But now that I think of it, I tried to check my weight before we left Europe, it was as if I didn’t loose any. Now I wonder if my sugar is acting up again. (seeing other signs) Must really schedule an appointment with my endocrinologist. *sigh*
