I have been drinking coffee regularly again.  I stopped when I got pregnant and continued not drinking until I stopped breastfeeding.  Had it once in a while but now, I have one every morning. 

Then last week, I got the case of having a bad tummy ache every time I have coffee.  It does not happen immediately but it happens every time I drink coffee.  I don’t know then if it was really connected but when there are days I forgot to have coffee, tummy acts normal.

Anyway, some say that coffee helps loose weight but I am not entirely sure if you lose weight fast. I actually saw two articles from the net that contradicts each other. One articles says it’s good and it helps (once a day) while the other one says otherwise. 

Weight loss or not, I am still having coffee in the morning.  I don’t feel complete without it.
