The pink onesie project

As promised, here is the little princess wearing the new onesie/dress.

I tried having one of her onesie done by the PHP45 tailor. Actually, PHP55 pala sya. Ayun, sablay! I accidentally deleted the original onesie picture and because of this, I can’t post the new shirt. I’ll try to capture a similar onesie so you guys can see what the PHP55 tailor did. Mukang forever onesie na ang mga ito :D

The onesie project

An idea occurred to me while cleaning Vera’s closet.  She has about 10 onesies that she no longer use since she has outgrown it already but body width wise, it still fits her.  So what I did was, I went to a professional tailor to have it fixed.  They charged me PHP250 fr!@#king peso for one onesie and since I really wanted to experiment, I left one of my favorites from Carter’s.  The outcome? You be the judge :)

Ayos ba? :D

When I was a kid…

Have you tried using a magnifier to create fire? When I was a kid, I tried experimenting using a magnifying glass. I brought my magnifying glass outside during day time and let the sun beam on it. Under the glass is a piece of paper. They say that this process will eventually burn the paper. I was successful burning a small hole in the paper but I was not successful in creating a fire. It was just like a burning cigarette. Some kids did cruel things like burning an ant using a magnifying glass. I can’t actually remember if it really burnt the ant but it’s so mean. Did you ever do that when you were a kid? I hope not!
