High Tech!

The first time I saw an pulse oximeter was when the little princess was rushed to the ER at Asian Hospital few years ago. Being someone who easily get amazed with new technology, para akong galing bundok! LOL Although some digitalized things are still better left on its orinal form or make, I still can appreicate how technology improvise and simplify our life.

nice things to have…

It’s funny how technology plays a great deal in our lives now. Everything seems to evolve to current technology even refrigerators.  When I was a kid, it was already fancy for me to have those ref with accessible Ice on the door (as in in front of the door – hopefully though it uses refrigerator filters then) but now, wow. There’s a ref with integrated web pad, a ref with a built in HDTV (from LG) and many others.  The one with the TV will surley make the little princess a happy eater. :)

Project 365: Day 56

56 of 365

2 blocks 48 times.

Testing my new gadget’s zoom capabilities while I was inside the family room.  I took this picture of the Cross on top of our Parish Church which is 2 blocks away from our place.  I turned on digital zoom and thus allowed me to zoom 48x.  It looks better in the camera but still, output looks clear.

I am loving my new toy!

Project 365: Day 55

55 of 365

my new toy.

After breaking our old camera (by yours truly), hubby insisted I buy a new one.  I have been using my mom’s old digital camera with a very tiny digital screen ever since the incident.

Anyway, I was looking for another sony camera when I saw Lumix cameras on sale.  I actually wanted the LX3 model but hubby won’t allow me.  He told me to buy DSLR instead if I am going to spend that much on a camera.  But I don’t want a DSLR! :D We end up buying this one instead.  Probably and hopefully the next better option after LX3. :)

Mini… hp

Wow! How I like to have my own mini.  It’s half its size and way lighter than my laptop.  The problem I encountered with the mini is with the keyboard.  Compact as it is, I am having difficulties in hitting the right keys properly.  Did not also attempt to watch my favorite downloaded series from this one and another disadvantage is, I don’t think I can ever work with my Photoshop on the mini.  Not that I am making poster printing but the screen is really way too small for me.
