On a diet

I have been trying for about 2 or 3 weeks now on a no carb diet.  And haven’t got a good result. LOL Then a week ago, I started going back to the gym.  Hopefully this is an effective combination for me.

happy month

Who needs those fat burner reviews when my improvised diet and visits to gym is paying off. Yep, heard that right! Although I was a little bit dismayed yesterday since when I checked my weight, it was still the same as it was last week. But when I checked my measurement this morning, learned that I’m an inch thinner now :D Too bad that even parts I don’t want losing fat seems to be losing some (guess where :D ).  Posible pala talaga sya no, to lose an inch without losing a pound and vice versa. Where does it go? LOL O well, as long as there is a good improvement, well and good.  I haven’t checked my blood sugar though but I bet (and I could actually feel that) it’s back to normal again. :)

This month is going to be a good one for me :)

i’m a girl

sounds like my llittle princess. LOL Well, i am a girl and I do not need testosterone cream instead I need more extrogen boost. I bet when I go back to my endocrinologist now and have my regular blood test,, testosterone is once again up which means estrogen is down. I hate it when I get that kind of result. Last time I had my blood test last March (I think), I got a normal result :) *crossing fingers*

who needs natural testosterone? I surely do not. I bet I have extra to give to others anyway. LOL I haven’t gone back to my endocrinologist for my regular check-up. We have been controlling my PCOS since 2 years ago I think. Other reason we’re controlling and maintaining good blood results is because of my pre-diabetic stage history which

I seem to be at right now.  Again. 

Hopefully it’s not. and hopefully I can see my endocrinologist this coming August already.

Just happy

and broke! LOL

I just decided to go for a new look starting this week.  I started going on a diet this morning, trying SBD with a little tweak :D .  Then I’ll get a digi perm hopefully on Thursday which I have been preparing my hair for for the longest time.  I’ll get a professional manicure/pedicure (which I have been doing on my own).  Then will probably use my The Spa gift certificate from esposo after my night out with my girl bff (sound so teenager, hahahaha!).  And finally, I am going back to the gym + some additional fitness treatments starting next week. 

Hopefully by October I am 17 pounds lighter or more! :D *crossing fingers*
